Provider and scope

GoldNovaAI is a product operated by M. Amin Sayegh, trading as AIProCraft (see the imprint). These terms apply to your use of GoldNovaAI. GoldNovaAI is offered to businesses and other professional users only (Unternehmer within the meaning of § 14 BGB). It is not offered to consumers; by creating an account you confirm that you act in a business or professional capacity.

The service

GoldNovaAI is a web application with two main products: Voice Agent Compliance & QA, which evaluates calls handled by AI voice agents against a policy you configure, and a Research Evidence Workspace for transcribing research interviews and organizing evidence from them into quotes, themes and findings. Other features described as “developer preview” or “planned” are not generally available.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to the recordings, transcripts and research you put into GoldNovaAI. You are responsible for having the consent of the people you record and for how you use the output. Automatic transcription and AI suggestions can be wrong; the app flags uncertain passages precisely so that you, not the software, make the final call. Do not rely on GoldNovaAI as a certified or legal transcript.

Voice QA results

Voice QA results (“No issues detected”, “Review recommended”, “Potential violation”) are automated signals for human review. They are not legal advice and not a certification of compliance. You remain responsible for obtaining the consent required to record calls and for meeting the regulations that apply to your business. Voice QA is in early access: it is free to evaluate with a limit of 200 calls per month per organization, and features and limits may change. Integrations marked developer preview are provided as they are.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to process, don’t attempt to access other customers’ data, and don’t use the service to harm the people whose interviews you analyze.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Where you send us personal data of third parties (for example the people on a recorded call), we process it on your instructions as your processor; contact us to agree a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag).

Plans, usage and payment

Paid plans are not open yet: billing currently runs in a test mode in which no real payment is taken. Once paid plans open, they will be billed monthly in USD through Stripe and will include a monthly allowance of interview audio, measured by real duration. When the allowance is used up, new processing waits for the next billing period or a plan change. Plans can be changed or cancelled from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Failed payments pause new processing until resolved; your existing data stays available. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge or show VAT.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

Our liability is governed by the statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, in particular liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

German law applies to contracts between us and business customers. Mandatory statutory rules, including those on jurisdiction and venue, remain unaffected.
